As a Transformation Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic projects that enhance Greene King’s operational efficiency and customer engagement. You will work closely with various departments to deliver impactful changes that align with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, define and support change initiatives that deliver customer value and commercial benefits.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders to gain necessary input, buy‑in and support for successful project delivery.
  • Elicit, document and agree on end‑to‑end requirements for changes across people, process and technology.
  • Work across project work streams, programmes and strategic portfolios to deliver high‑complexity, high‑benefit projects.
  • Ensure effective execution and tracking of solution design success, managing a portfolio of projects aligned with strategic objectives.
