- Ensure effective execution and tracking of solution design success, managing a portfolio of projects aligned with strategic objectives.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience in business analysis, including the use of relevant tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in change management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- A growth mindset and a strong desire to develop and progress.
