Property SurveyorCurrent role available for an Interim Property Surveyor working for a social housing provider in Burton Upon Trent.
Duties will include,
- Working on delivery of planned works including kitchen and bathroom replacements.
- Ensuring works have been completed to specification standards.
- Monitor H&S on site.
- Carry out condition surveys across the portfolio and identify key works to be carried out.
- Ideally you will have a HNC in a building related discipline and have worked within a client side role for a housing provider.
