Arnold Clark is seeking a Service Advisor to ensure an excellent customer experience for service and vehicle repair customers. The role requires clear communication, empathy and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy workshop environment.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday 8am–5.30pm with alternate Saturdays, and duties include liaising with workshops, handling bookings, and upselling aftersales where appropriate.
