Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative for our Burton Upon Trent branch. You will welcome customers in-branch, handle transactions and queries, and guide them to banking products and digital tools with care.
You will work with colleagues to deliver excellent service across in-branch, phone and digital channels while protecting customer security and fairness. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with 20–35 hours per week, including Saturdays.
