Call Centre Agent £13.45 per Hour Swindon Initial 3 Months with View to Extend Your New Role As a Call Centre Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and friendly service across a range of enquiries. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, process requests accurately and update customer records using internal systems.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll take ownership of each interaction, ensuring customers receive the right outcome while adhering to company procedures and compliance standards. You'll work closely with colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience and contribute towards both individual and team performance targets. Ensuring Your Success To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment and enjoy speaking with customers.

You'll be an excellent communicator with strong listening and problem- solving skills, able to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. You'll have good IT skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly. A positive attitude, willingness to develop and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service will enable you to thrive in this opportunity.
