Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Customer Solutions team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
 
* Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
 
* Coordinate appointments and support customer accounts.
 
* Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
 
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
 
* Manage shared inboxes and maintain accurate customer records.
 
* Provide professional and timely communication to customers and colleagues.
About You
 
* Previous customer service experience is essential.
 
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
 
* Confident working independently and as part of a team.
 
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
 
* Computer literate, with CRM experience desirable.
 
* Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 37.5 hrs per week
