John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor. We are looking for dedicated Midday Supervisors to help create a safe, calm and positive atmosphere during the lunchtime break.
Responsibilities- Supervise pupils inside and outside at lunchtime to ensure a safe, calm environment and that they return to lessons refreshed and ready to learn.
- Communicate effectively with staff and students, and value teamwork, collaboration and mutual respect.
- Ensure areas are clean and hazard free during and after lunchtimes.
- Be dependable, flexible and willing to go the extra mile to support young people’s development into responsible citizens.
This is a vital role in the school day, contributing to a positive environment during lunch breaks and helping to support learning in the afternoon.
