QTS History Teacher – Full Time

Pay: £600 – £1200 per week (dependent on experience)

The Humanities department is collaborative and well-led, delivering engaging and knowledge-rich lessons that encourage curiosity, debate, and critical thinking.

This full-time History role runs from Easter through to July.

The successful candidate will take on full teaching responsibilities, including:

• Planning and delivering engaging History lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Marking and assessment
• Attending parents’ evening
• Supporting the wider school community

• Hold QTS status or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Be confident teaching History across KS3 and KS4
• Demonstrate strong classroom management

• Be able to commute to Burton upon Trent and surrounding areas
