Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
Foster an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere, encouraging student engagement and collaboration.
Track and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
Create and maintain clear classroom routines while implementing effective behavior management strategies.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents to ensure each student's needs are fully supported.
Integrate technology to enhance the learning experience and prepare students for future success.
Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously improve teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Experience in differentiated teaching methods to accommodate various learning abilities
Passion for creating a stimulating learning environment that fosters student development
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and contributing to the school community
