You will be able to motivate and inspire learners, support them to successfully complete written assignments and/or portfolio evidence, and help them make strong links between leadership theory, workplace practice and measurable business improvement.

The ideal candidate will bring current or recent experience in leadership, management, business, organisational development, HR, coaching, mentoring or professional education. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of adult learning, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding learner experience.

The successful candidate will share our ethos and commitment to excellence, innovation and collaboration, and be passionate about helping learners stretch and challenge themselves to progress in their careers.

  • Maintain accurate records in line with College and awarding organisation requirements.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes, standardisation and course review activity.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Business, Professional and Employer Responsive provision.

Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required. Applicants should hold a qualification at Level 5 or above in leadership and management, business, HR, education or a related discipline.
