Cover Supervisor

Position:
Fixed term, full-time position, working 37 hours per week for 39.2 weeks per year (term‑time only plus 6 INSET days). Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with an earlier finish at 3:30pm on one day per week, and the schedule to be agreed with line manager.

Salary:
Grade 5, Scale Point 7‑9: £26,403‑£27,254 per annum. Actual salary £22,927.87‑£23,666.86 pro rata.

Responsibilities:
Deliver lessons in the absence of staff according to lesson plans and schemes of learning provided. Maintain excellent communication with teaching staff and students. Work alongside teaching staff to model teamwork, collaboration and respect for students.
