Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking a Supported Internship Job Coach to support our interns in their academic learning and in the development of employability skills. The role includes class management at Conkers visitor centre, with occasional work at other host sites.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting learners with diverse needs, a good knowledge of SEND, and strengths in communication, differentiation and behaviour management.
