Staffordshire Research School Administrator

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives - and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an administrator to support the Staffordshire Research School. This is an exciting time to join the Staffordshire Research School as we deliver the EEF’s Research School strategy and look to build on our strong reputation across the West Midlands and beyond, supporting school leaders and teachers to translate research and evidence into effective practices and learning experiences for children.

• Able to work with the Research School Director and Operational Lead to effectively share communications and professional learning opportunities that help schools to better understand the role evidence can play in school improvement.
• Collaborative and a strong and efficient communicator when working in person, and remotely.
• Confident and competent in using a range of IT and web-based packages to design and communicate CPD opportunities to schools and analyse and report on engagement.
• Confident and competent at handing personal and school data to understand patterns and trends and report progress against KPIs.
• Solution focussed with the confidence to troubleshoot and propose alternative and more effective ways of working.
