Blessed Robert Sutton Catholic Voluntary Academy in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Careers Lead to shape and develop an outstanding careers programme for students aged 11-18. You will work with senior leaders, employers, FE/HE providers and families to raise aspirations and support informed progression.
You will also oversee the Learning Resource Base, promote literacy and independent learning, monitor provision, and ensure OFSTED compliance while continually improving student outcomes.
