Holland Barrett is looking for a Shift Engineer at our Burton site, focusing on the maintenance and efficiency of packaging, filling, labelling, and sealing equipment. This role, requiring on-site presence 4 days a week, is critical for ensuring that our manufacturing operation runs safely and reliably.
The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, alongside a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with production teams and engage in continuous improvement projects while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
