In this exciting and influential role, you will lead the execution of the company’s digital and e-commerce strategy across B2B and B2C platforms. You will combine technical expertise with strategic insight to enhance user journeys, increase engagement, drive conversion, support business growth and global marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimise websites, online stores (B2B & B2C), mobile apps and learning platforms.

* Lead digital marketing activity including SEO, PPC, Google Ads and social media.

* Improve UX, customer journeys and online conversion.

* Manage online product content, merchandising and site optimisation.

* Analyse performance using tools such as Google Analytics and deliver actionable insights.

* Collaborate with UK and global stakeholders to support omnichannel marketing strategies.

About You:

* Proven experience in digital platforms, marketing, or e-commerce.

* Strong skills in SEO, paid media, analytics, and UX optimisation.

* Data-driven, detail-focused, and customer-centric.

* Full UK driving licence (occasional travel required).
