E-Commerce Coordinator

SF Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a fantastic client of ours to recruit for an E-Commerce Coordinator on a full time permanent basis. This role will be working as part of a wider Marketing team, but this individual will lead and optimise our B2B and B2C digital platforms, delivering a seamless customer experience while driving online growth.

Up to £36,500 DOE

Key Responsibilities
-Lead the optimisation and performance of all digital platforms including websites, web shops, apps, and learning platforms.
-Manage on-site product content, merchandising, search, metadata, and catalogue updates.
-Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies across PPC, SEO, paid media, and social channels to drive traffic and sales.
-Enhance the customer journey by identifying opportunities to improve engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
-Use analytics and reporting to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and inform decision-making.
-Build strong relationships with internal and Global stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business goals.

About You
-Commercially focused with strong e-commerce and digital marketing experience.
-Confident working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, omnichannel environment.
-Data-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple platforms.
