We’re excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a D365 Functional Consultant to become part of our forward-thinking Technology team. This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work remotely while spending at least three days a week in our Burton office.

In this role, you’ll be a key player in shaping how we leverage D365 to deliver exceptional business outcomes. You’ll analyse requirements, define and document system needs, and support seamless system delivery. Acting as a business analyst, you’ll gather requirements, manage the product backlog, and inspire stakeholders by showcasing the art of the possible—all while championing a configuration-first approach.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in D365 CE.
• Microsoft Associate certification in at least one D365 CE area.
• Strong expertise in D365 configuration and requirements analysis.
• Deep understanding of customer-facing processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, supply chain, finance, business, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation, and process design.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations and Power Platform (advantageous, but not essential).
• A willingness to learn and grow across D365 modules.
