Requirements- Hands‑on experience with Databricks Lakehouse
- Experience with Unity Catalog and Delta Lake
- Experience with Medallion Architecture
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with Power BI and semantic modelling
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Take ownership of the analytics layer
- Build and maintain Gold Layer data products within a modern Lakehouse architecture
- Work closely with Data Engineering and Data Insights
- Transform trusted data into semantic models, dashboards, and business insights

We are an East Midlands-based business investing heavily in our Databricks platform and modern analytics capabilities. This is a Senior BI Analyst role offering £60,000-£70,000 plus bonus, with hybrid working and one day on-site per week. You will join a collaborative environment where we are investing in the team and technology, and you will have the opportunity to shape our modern analytics platform using the latest Databricks technologies.
