D365 Business Systems Implementation Manager

Location: Hybrid (Midlands based) Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits

We are recruiting for a Business Systems Implementation Manager to join a growing organisation undergoing significant digital transformation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced systems professional who enjoys leading business-critical implementations, working closely with stakeholders, and driving the successful adoption of new technologies across the organisation.

You will take ownership of the delivery and implementation of business systems, acting as the bridge between operational teams, technology partners and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end business systems implementations from requirements gathering through to go-live and hypercare.
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops and translating business needs into system solutions.
• Managing third-party suppliers and implementation partners.
• Coordinating testing activities including UAT and defect resolution.
• Supporting data migration, process improvement and change management activities.
• Driving user adoption through training, communication and engagement.
• Monitoring project risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
