We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join one of our major hospitality clients on an initial 12-month FTC, with the intention for the role to become permanent.
This is a digital-focused BA position working across customer-facing platforms and initiatives. Strong experience across web applications and online booking/reservation journeys is particularly important for this role. What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience as a Digital Business Analyst
, particularly across web applications and booking/reservation platforms - Experience delivering customer-facing digital products and journeys
- Understanding of integrations, APIs and customer data
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working with Product teams, technology teams and third-party vendors
- Comfortable working across multiple initiatives within Agile or hybrid environments
- Previous experience within Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Wellness or Fitness is essential
This is an initial 12-month FTC
, with the client looking for the position to become permanent.
You must be able to travel to Burton upon Trent once per week
, so please ensure this is a realistic commute before applying.
