Cloud Platform Manager (Azure)

Derbyshire (preferred) or London
Hybrid, 1–2 days a week in the office
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + benefits
Amtis is partnering with a leading European business whose technology supports individuals across the continent. They are looking for a Cloud Platform / Infrastructure Manager to take their Azure estate to the next level, and to build the team that runs it.
The opportunity The organisation moved to Azure through a lift-and-shift migration. The next step is turning that estate into a secure, resilient, scalable and cost-conscious cloud platform built on cloud-native ways of working. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure & Operations, you will lead an infrastructure team of 8+ and own the operation, governance and modernisation of the Azure platform. This is a genuine transformation role.
You will balance modernisation with the operational stability that patient-facing services depend on.
What you will be doing
- Run a reliable platform: own the availability, performance and resilience of Azure services, including monitoring, incident and problem management, backup, DR and resilience testing.
