Responsibilities
  • Claims Management
    :
    Handle cross-class claims from start to finish
  • Client Advocacy
    :
    Be the trusted voice for clients, ensuring fair outcomes
  • Negotiation
    :
    Work with insurers and third parties to secure optimal settlements
  • Documentation
    :
    Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
  • Customer Service
    :
    Deliver responsive, empathetic support
  • Loss Prevention
    :
    Recommend strategies to reduce future risk
  • Continuous Improvement
    :
    Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations

  • Timely claims closure
  • High client satisfaction
  • Accurate and fair settlements

  • Full compliance with industry standards
Key Relationships
  • Clients, insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors, repair contractors
  • Internal teams including Account Executives
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in claims handling (broker or similar environment)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - chatty and confident is a plus!
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
  • Familiarity with Acturis and Microsoft Office
  • A client-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
