Supply Chain Development Manager

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain - North
, you’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of internal and external supply chain development projects - from initial opportunity through to implementation and measurable results.

You’ll:

• Lead and manage strategic supply chain projects
  , balancing multiple work streams and stakeholders to deliver against time, cost and service objectives.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue and improve service across the supply chain.
• Develop and implement initiatives that improve distributor performance
  , operational effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
• Work closely with Finance to build robust business cases, evaluate ROI and track the financial impact of projects.
• Develop and evolve end-to-end supply chain KPIs, performance measures and reporting
  , turning data into meaningful insight and action.
• Champion continuous improvement
  , challenging existing processes and embedding better ways of working across the Supply Chain team.
• Ensure new processes are properly documented, governed and embedded so improvements become sustainable.
• Keep ahead of legislative and regulatory developments
  , including areas such as DRS and EPR, ensuring the supply chain remains compliant and future-ready.
• Monitor logistics and supply chain trends, technologies and industry best practice, identifying opportunities that could benefit the business.
• Explore opportunities for third-party collaboration, synergies and new revenue streams
  .
• Raise the profile of sustainable supply chain across the wider business.
• Influence and collaborate with teams across Operations, Finance, IT, Marketing, Food Development, Brewing & Brands, Distributor Contract Management and our Pub Partners and Free Trade divisions.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Development Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract
who can turn ideas into action, identify opportunities others might miss, and deliver projects that make a genuine commercial difference.

This is more than a traditional supply chain role. You’ll sit at the heart of our Group Supply Chain - North
