• Take full ownership of prepping customer cars and retail stock for MOT testing.
• Carry out official MOT inspections and complete efficient, right-first-time repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults independently across standard combustion engines, light commercials, and EVs.
• Maintain top-tier quality control and strict workshop safety standards.

• Certifications: Valid, active MOT Tester Licence required.
• Qualifications/
  
  Experience:
  
  NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (or equivalent time-served experience).
• Skills: Fully self-sufficient on the tools with strong diagnostic and fault-finding confidence.
• Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence.
