* About the Role:

** Based in
** South Derbyshire,
** you will be working
** 30 hours a week for 6 hours a day (Monday - Friday), split shifts starting from 6am - 6pm.
** You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Waste management
* Unlocking & locking the facilities (Key Holder)
* Porterage* Light decorating
* Maintenance work
* Cleaning

*** Great customer service and communication skills and experience in similar setting (Caretaking, Maintenance, Trades, Handy-person, etc)
* A Team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group.
* ** Must be able to drive their own car.
