Assembly Operative

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join our client's team, within their top-class manufacturing facility, located a 15 minute drive from Burton town centre.

• Having your own transport is essential due to the location of the work. It is not on any public transport links.

Assembly Operative key job details:

• Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 (40hrs per week)
• Weekly pay
• Long term permanent opportunity

Assembly Operative key responsibilities:

• Accurately assembly of small/micro components for an varied product range
• Working from detailed instruction
• Soldering of items
• Quality check assembled components, and raise and/or rectify any defects
• You may also be working on PCB's

Assembly Operative person specification:

• Previous experience in micro-assembly (PCBs, soldering, small component assembly, intricate works) is essential
• Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks to a high level of accuracy
• Good English (reading, written, and verbal)
• You must have your own transport due to the location of the work.
