An established automotive business is expanding and seeking an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join their workshop team.
With a brand-new, high-tech garage launching soon, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing operation investing in modern tools, innovative processes and skilled professionals.
Your role will include:
Minor paint repairs, scratch removal and polishing
SMART repairs and cosmetic refinishing
Alloy wheel, bumper and trim repairs
Interior cosmetic restoration
Preparing vehicles to sale-ready standards
Working to productivity targets in a professional workshop
Were looking for:
Experience in cosmetic repair, detailing or bodyshop work
Strong paint prep and colour-matching knowledge
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Whats on offer:
Up to £45,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
