Marketing Assistant

We’re excited to be partnering with a global B2B specialist as they look to recruit a Marketing Assistant to join their busy, growing team just outside Burton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a true 360° marketing role within a business that continues to expand its offering across the Midlands.

This is a junior‑level position, ideal for someone looking to build hands‑on marketing experience. Supporting the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering the annual marketing plan.

• Assisting in the development and production of traditional marketing materials (packaging, brochures, leaflets, posters and flyers)
• Liaising with the in‑house designer and external printers
• Supporting content creation for social media and eCommerce platforms
• Assisting with the planning and coordination of trade shows and events

This is a varied, practical role where you’ll gain exposure across both offline and digital marketing activity.

• Some commercial marketing experience (including offline marketing activity)
• Comfortable working within a B2B environment
• Experience working alongside designers would be advantageous
• Marketing degree or recently completed apprenticeship welcome
• Proactive, independent thinker who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and prove themselves

• £25,000–£27,000 salary (dependent on experience)
