Quality Operations Manager

12 Month Fixed Term Contract (scope to be made permanent)

Talentmark is partnering with an established pharmaceutical manufacturer seeking an experienced Quality Operations Manager to join its senior quality leadership team.

This is a key role within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, where you'll be responsible for leading quality and sterility assurance activities and ensuring the highest standards of GMP, compliance and patient safety.

Reporting to the Head of Quality, you'll lead a skilled quality function and play a key role in driving quality excellence across the manufacturing operation.

• Lead quality and sterility assurance activities across the site.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Managing investigations, CAPAs, change control and quality risk management.
• Driving continuous improvement across quality systems and processes.
• Developing and mentoring colleagues.
• Working closely with senior stakeholders, regulators and wider quality teams.

An experienced Quality leader with a strong background in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• Degree in Pharmacy or a relevant science discipline
• Project management experience within aseptic processing, compounding or sterile manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements and quality systems.
• Proven project leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience managing investigations, CAPAs, change control and risk management.
• Experience of process improvement, projects or change implementation.
