Multi Trade Operative

Location: Burton-on-trent

Enjoy a temporary Multi Trade Operative role offering a company vehicle, a fuel card, and 2 months' worth of work to start before Christmas. This position is based in Burton on Trent, working for a respected and well-established housing association.

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:

• Completing internal and external repairs on social housing properties
• Carrying out reactive maintenance in tenanted properties
• Completing 2nd fix maintenance in carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, painting and external maintenance

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• Previous Social housing experience
• A full UK driving licence
• A core trade of plumbing, carpentry or plastering.

The Multi Trade Operative role is offering:

• Company van & fuel card
• 2 months of work
• 8 weeks' worth of work starting this side of Christmas

This role is offering 22- 23 per hour with weekly pay
