We're looking for compassionate, resilient and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a children's home in Burton-upon-Trent, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment where young people can thrive.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting daily routines and activities
• Encouraging education, independence and personal growth
• Building positive and trusting relationships
• Promoting emotional wellbeing and resilience
• Supporting young people through challenges and celebrating achievements
• Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team

• £27,000 - £29,000 basic salary
• Additional payments for sleep-in shifts (OTE £30,000+)
