The Best Connection are currently recruiting for experienced

FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our client in Burton upon Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy distribution environment, supporting warehouse operations and ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock and products around the warehouse and yard areas
Stock allocation and replenishment
Completing relevant paperwork and scanning duties
Following all health and safety procedures on site
Supporting general warehouse duties when required

Requirements:

Valid and accredited Counterbalance FLT licence
Previous FLT driving experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
Ability to work as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Weekly pay
On-site parking
