Flt Counterbalance Driver

FT Recruitment are hiring an FLT Counterbalance Driver and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift with counterbalance capabilities to move materials across the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of all goods
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records accurately
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for mechanical issues
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against documentation
• Handle materials carefully, adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and storage
• Support warehouse organization by maintaining clean, safe, and orderly work areas

Experience

• Proven experience operating forklift trucks, specifically counterbalance models
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software
• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and troubleshooting
• Strong materials handling skills with an emphasis on safety during heavy lifting
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, including shipping & receiving tasks
• Ability to perform basic math calculations related to inventory counts and measurements
• Knowledge of safety standards related to forklift operation and warehouse procedures

• Monday-Friday
• weekly pay
• on going work for a large logistics company
• afternoon shifts 1:30pm-10pm( STRETTON AREA)
• 5am-5pm
• 5pm-5am
