Picker Packer - Burton upon Trent At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker Packer to work with a leading bookseller in Burton upon Trent. This role involves essential warehouse duties to support the daily operations of a busy distribution site. Shift patterns:
* Working any 5 days out of 7, including Sundays.
* Shifts include 06:00-14:00, 08:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00, 12:00-20:00, or 14:00-22:00. Pay rates:
* 13.14 GBP hourly Essential requirements for Picker Packer:
* Must be over 18 years old.
* Must be able to travel to and from the site for late-night finishes.
* Must be available to work every Sunday as part of the regular schedule.
* Must be comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks, including lifting and standing for most of the shift.
* Must live within a 15-mile radius of the site.
* Full time hours only. Desirable requirements for Picker Packer:
* Previous warehouse experience. Role for Picker Packer:
* Picking and packing books and managing stock.
* Reporting any damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties.
* Working to standard operating procedures in line with company policy.
* Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety awareness.
