Warehouse Operative; Night

Burton Distribution Centre B1, UK Permanent | 40 hours per week | Night shifts £13.69 per hour Intro Ready to play an important part in keeping our products moving? We're looking for a number of Warehouse Operatives to join our busy team at our Burton Distribution Centre. You'll play an important part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly, making sure products are received, stored, picked and dispatched safely and accurately.

Working alongside a supportive team, you'll help get the right products to the right place, on time, while maintaining high standards across our operation.

• Pick products accurately against customer orders using handheld devices and pick lists.
• Put stock away in the correct warehouse locations.
• Check product codes, quantities, batch numbers and expiry or best-before dates where required.
• Work across Auto Store inbound and outbound stations.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, following your training and our procedures.
• Help us meet productivity, accuracy and service targets.
• Report damaged equipment, stock issues or health and safety concerns.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, tidy, organised and safe.

• Good attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliability and a willingness to take responsibility for your work.
• Experience using a handheld scanner or warehouse management system would be helpful, but isn't essential.
• Forklift experience or certification is desirable where relevant to the role.
