Responsibilities

• Converts phone inquiries to appointments in a high-volume environment; no cold calling.
• Follows up on un-retained leads and appointments to maximize retention and sales.
• Provides a fair and honest written estimate and sets reasonable expectations, using “Total Honest Communication” to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains communication with all customers throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.
• Works to attain sales objectives of the center as defined by management.
• Promotes customer satisfaction, retention, and growth of existing and new business.
• Supports business operations and store performance in sales and profit, using industry software programs.
• Provides strong leadership to cultivate and maintain a productive work culture.

• Computer proficient and able to use various industry software programs.
• Prior sales experience in the automotive repair industry preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Self-motivated, energetic, positive individual with excellent earning potential.
