As a Branch Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers' banking experience. You will perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. You will resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

- Be friendly and engaging, connect with customers, help with technology challenges, have casual conversations, and showcase available services and products.
- Help determine personal and business financial needs and bring in experts to guide customers toward their financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with audit, security policies, and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and Federal regulations.
- Support customers in all areas of the branch, including cash handling and service needs, and rotate within the branch based on customer needs.
- Improve the overall retail customer experience with fewer handoffs, with each Ambassador acting as an expert.
- Be naturally curious and eager to learn;
Capital One will provide training on products, services, and experiences. - Be digitally savvy, educate customers on the mobile and online experience, and use the branch laptops and iPads; educate on other banking channels and products.
- Be a team player and collaborate with an energetic team of banking professionals.
- Research and answer customer inquiries to enhance retention and engagement using various tools and channels to recommend solutions.
- Travel between branches in the assigned local area as needed to support the market.
Basic Qualifications
:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
Preferred Qualifications
:
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

CompensationThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries are listed by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual salary will be shown in the offer letter.
