This is a part-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Operations Assistant based in Burtonsville, MD. The E-commerce Operations Assistant will assist in managing and optimizing daily e-commerce operations, fulfill customer orders, maintain inventory records, and coordinate with team members to ensure an efficient workflow. Additional responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, reviewing operational processes, and supporting overall business operations to meet customer satisfaction goals.

• Experience in Operations and Operations Management, with an ability to streamline processes effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem‑solving, data evaluation, and operational improvement
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing inventory and order accuracy
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and basic digital tools is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a dynamic environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a background in business or operations is an advantage
