Receptionist​/Secretary

Receptionist/Secretary. Bury outskirts. 24k - 25k doe ( 13.19 - 13.74 per hour )

An established and reputable legal firm based on the outskirts of Bury are looking to recruit an experienced, professional Receptionist with additional legal secretarial duties.

Duties will include;

• Based on front desk, you will be the first point of contact for welcoming visitors as well as dealing with incoming calls - taking messages, transferring and helping with queries
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• Booking meeting rooms and setting up rooms ready for client appointments
• Copy and audio typing of conveyancing correspondence and legal documents
• Opening and closing conveyancing case files
• Scanning, photocopying and document management
• Liaising with 3rd parties such as estate agents and other solicitors' in relation to queries or progressing cases

To be successful, you will need to have previous Reception experience. Legal secretarial experience, particularly in conveyancing would be an advantage, but this area of the job can be trained. You must have a friendly and approachable manner and be a good team player
