You’ll be joining our Customer department within our office called the Support Centre (M26 1GG
)The role is Permanent Full time hours

Hybrid working - which will involve occasional support centre and practice visits.

Your future, your role

As a Customer Insights Lead you’ll be:

Leading the design and delivery of research, analytics, and reporting that uncovers actionable insights, shaping customer journeys, marketing, and sales strategies within mydentist.

Conducting research into potential customers, including market trends, competitor analysis, and unmet patient needs

Managing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data (e.g. surveys, NPS, CSAT, feedback forms, social listening, market data)
Monitoring trends and provide early warnings on issues that could impact performance

Developing dashboards and reporting tools to track patient sentiment and behaviour

You will need:

Experience in customer insight, market research, or analytics roles (ideally in healthcare, retail, or consumer services)
Experienced and proficient user of various research techniques (quantitative and qualitative) and use of data visualisation tools, particularly Power BIExperience with CRM and customer feedback platforms would be beneficial

Familiarity with advanced analytics, segmentation, or predictive modelling

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it simply
