We are currently recruiting a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a passionate and dedicated team at a new 3-bed residential service in Radcliffe. The service supports mixed-gender young people aged 10–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). There are currently 2 young people placed in the home.

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable young people through their challenges, providing stability, guidance, and positive role modelling to help them achieve better outcomes in life.

• Support and safeguard children and young people in line with care plans
• Act as a role model and provide leadership to the staff team on shift
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold safeguarding standards
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment

• Previous experience as a Senior Residential Support Worker or Team Leader
• A genuine passion for working with children and young people
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
• Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards)
• Must be aged 22 or over (to meet Ofsted regulations)
• Full UK driving licence
