You’ll be joining our Patient Services team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG
). The role is permanent and part time, please see bottom of role for working pattern options:

As a Patient Services Advisor, you'll be:
- The first line of contact for practices and answering calls received by patients within the designated KPI’s
- Ensuring that all appointments are booked/amended/cancelled accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures
- Building effective and successful working relationships with the practice teams to ensure that practice and patient problems are resolved quickly
- Providing assistance and advice to patients within the designated scope of training provided
- Providing help, support and excellent customer service to patients
You will:
- Have great customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management skills
- Be a confident IT user with experience working with Microsoft Office
- Be hard-working with a professional and proactive attitude
Position- 16 Hours Monday 8am- 12pm Tuesday 8am- 12pm Wednesday
- Day Off Thursday- 1pm- 5pm Friday- 1pm- 5pm
