SEN Teaching Assistant

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEND
• Assist learners with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD and behavioural needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff
• Support inclusion, confidence and engagement in the classroom

Experienced SEN TAs and LSAs who are confident working with additional needs, adaptable in their approach, and committed to helping young people succeed. You should be based a commutable distance to Whitefield and be ready for a full-time position, with a willingness to engage in CPD where needed.
