We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils in secondary schools across Bury, Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the classroom and make a real impact on students learning and development.

The Role:

  • Support teachers in delivering lessons across all subjects

  • Assist pupils individually or in small groups to improve learning outcomes

  • Monitor and record pupil progress

  • Encourage positive behaviour and participation in class

  • Help with lesson preparation and classroom activities

  • Support pupils with additional needs where required

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be patient, friendly, and adaptable

  • Have strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Be proactive in supporting learning and classroom management

  • Have experience with children or a desire to work in education

  • Understand safeguarding procedures (training can be provided)

  • Have the ability to commute to Bury
