Full-time | From £101.40/day

• Support students
• Help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re‑engage with education
• Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour
• Work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic, trauma‑informed environment

• Graduates (or non‑graduates with relevant experience)
• Individuals with a strong interest in justice, neurodiversity, and restorative care
• Calm, empathetic communicators who value connection before content

Experience with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential—full training provided.

• Build vital experience for careers in youth justice, social work, or mental health
