We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PE and General Subjects Teacher to join our specialist SEND provision. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver engaging physical education alongside core curriculum subjects, helping pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities to achieve their full potential.
You will create inclusive, personalised learning experiences that support pupils' physical, academic, social and emotional development. Through adaptive teaching, creative planning and a pupil-centred approach, you will promote confidence, independence, wellbeing and positive life outcomes.
Working closely with families, therapists and support staff, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality education, monitoring progress against EHCP outcomes, and ensuring every pupil can access and enjoy learning.
Desired qualifications and experience- Qualified teacher with a passion for SEND and inclusive education.
- Experience delivering PE and/or curriculum subjects to pupils with additional needs.
- Ability to adapt learning and physical activities to meet a wide range of abilities.
- Capacity to build positive relationships with pupils, families and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Commitment to promoting wellbeing, inclusion and high aspirations for all learners.
