Aspire People is recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools across the Bury area. This role offers flexible, day‑to‑day work in different school settings, starting immediately.

This is an ideal opportunity for a reliable and adaptable Teaching Assistant who enjoys variety and can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Supporting teachers in lessons across different primary schools
• Working with small groups and providing 1:1 support where required
• Encouraging pupil participation and positive behaviour
• Assisting with general classroom duties
• Helping create a positive learning environment

• Previous experience working with children or in a school setting
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
