We're recruiting a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary school supporting children aged 3-11 with ASD, SLD, and PMLD
.
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Help deliver personalised learning and EHCP targets
- Encourage communication, independence, and social development
- Support sensory and play-based activities
- Work alongside teachers, therapists, and SEND professionals
- Provide personal care when required
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
- Patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
- Confidence supporting pupils with complex needs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- PECS, Makaton, AAC knowledge
- SEND qualifications or specialist school experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
