• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all people activities across all M&A projects.
• Develop and maintain clear project plans, sequencing activity, identifying dependencies, and ensuring stakeholders across HR and the wider business deliver on time.
• Represent the People function in cross functional M&A meetings, ensuring alignment with Operations and other support functions.
• End to end TUPE/consultation process working in partnership with ER Team building and relationship development within practice and wider area teams
• Embedding values, culture, expectations, and communication channels
• Bring together HR Operations, Talent, Reward, L&D, ER, and HR Systems, ensuring smooth handoffs and joined up delivery

• Demonstrable experience in HR with strong exposure to M&A and organisational change.
• Strong understanding of TUPE processes, consultation and employment legislation (not as the SME, but confident in coordinating and signposting to ER/Legal).
• Experience coordinating complex activities with multiple stakeholders, ideally in a business partnering or project environment.
• Background in leading people projects or work streams in complex change projects.
• Experience managing both independent acquisitions and integration projects.

• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with excellent collaboration skills
• Clear and engaging facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to objectively analyse and evaluate anecdotal and reported data to identify trends, themes and opportunities
• Uses initiative to effectively prioritise, is organised and able to meet deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage timelines, interdependencies, and sequencing of tasks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across HR and the wider business
